“Puig Major” is named after the highest peak in the island. Our suite offers elegance and romance. A favourite with honeymoon couples or by those who simply want to spoil themselves. It has a four poster bed in the bedroom which leads into a small sitting room with views of the mountians and an ensuite bathroom off to one side. The suite is decorated meticulously in 19th century Mallorquin style with the original tiles still in place.
Our garden room is also a favourite with honeymoon couples or those who want complete privacy. Situated away from the main hotel building, the entrance to Sa Paisa is surrounded by bourgainvillea. This room offers peace and tranquillity. It has views of the orange groves which lie beyond the hotel garden and of the mountains.
On the top floor of the hotel and with French windows looking out onto the mountains, this room offers spectacular views and comfort. Twin beds can be separated or pushed together to make a double bed, as required. As with all the rooms in Ca’n Reus, there is an ensuite bathroom, prettily tiled, with a bath and shower.
Ca ses jaies
Ca ses Jaies is a unique and stylish room. It has the trunk of a one hundred year old olive tree in one corner – ideal to hang your hat on! The bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The sitting area opens onto the terrace.
This room has large windows and offers the opportunity to lie in bed and marvel at one of the best views on the island, the Sierra de Tramuntana, the mountain range which faces Ca’n Reus. This attractive and spacious room has two good sized beds that can be pushed together to make a double. An antique mahogany wardrobe and 19th century washbasin (decoration only!) add to the traditional style of the room. Elegant wood and glass doors lead to an ensuite bathroom. Like Massanella, Tomir has an exposed stone wall which adds to the old world charm of the room. It has twin beds and two windows on adjacent walls which makes the room cheery and bright. There is a little hallway and outer door outside Tomir and Massanella, which affords the opportunity to make the two rooms into an ideal family unit for parents and two children.
This room is one of the most versatile rooms in Ca’n Reus. Two twin beds can be pushed together to make a double or, separated by a bedside table. As with all our rooms, there is an ensuite bathroom. Decorated in bright yellow with colourful paintings, Sa Rateta is also popular as a children’s bedroom. It shares a corridor with Puig Major and the two rooms make an ideal family unit.
This room has an entire wall that has been exposed to reveal the original stonework of this house which was built two hundred years ago. A comfortable double bed is draped with green nets which gives the room a warm and romantic feel. Antique doors lead into an ensuite bathroom. At the top of the house, Massanella is cosy and warm in winter and cool in summer.
